Weather: Light to moderate ENE breeze/wind to start, shifting to ESE as day went on. Temp = 10-12C (50-54F), full sun to start with some clouds (5-10%) later in the day.
Raptor Observations: Rather slow day. Historically, winds with an easterly bias occasionally produce some of the better days at this site. That was not the case today.
The last three days have produced single point in time counts of 11, 10 and at least seven bald eagles, respectively. Compiler initially id'd a falcon as a kestrel, changed id to a merlin after further thought and reference use.
