Subject: Survey about gardening for conservation
Do you garden for birds, do you not but would like to?

Fill this survey by the Hermann lab to help them understand our gardening
habits and how we think about the green spaces in our homes
https://pennstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_esVX3b6yU4mMkF8

The Hermann lab researches insect-plants interactions and work closely with
our community leading to some very interesting discoveries, like the fact
that milkweed is toxic to spotted lanternflies.

Take a few minutes and help the Hermann lab understand how we view our
gardens.

From Sara Hermann:

My lab at PSU just released a new survey (
https://pennstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_esVX3b6yU4mMkF8 ) to better
understand gardening decision-making, especially regarding gardening for
conservation. Through this, we are hoping to provide recommendations that
are rooted in the desires of the people while considering any relevant
barriers. Please take the survey to help us out with this work! See more
below!

At Penn State, we study how gardens support biodiversity conservation,
particularly for monarch butterflies and other pollinators. And we want to
hear from you!
