Not anytime soon. I was in the woods in Moscow last week and saw an enormous bear scat that was all sunflower seed. No wonder the Stowe area has an ongoing "bear problem." Fish and Wildlife gives guidance, but it really needs to be cold for awhile with little available food for the bears to go to bed.
