We saw an immature BAEA escort the last 3 GOEA along the ridge. Each time
it would follow the GOEA downridge, even circling with it if the GOEA
stopped to circle, and then come back upridge 5-10 minutes later. The last
GOEA we saw was a dark juvenile that lacked the white spots on the wings
that most have.

Ashley came up at the end of the day and showed us photos and a video of a
GOEA she saw on the drive up that was on the ground and later in a tree. We
were able to pick out the farm field and tree she saw it in from the
lookout but it must have already moved by that time.

We also had an unusual RTHA in the morning with a very white head.

Non-raptor Observations:
Monarchs: 3
LFE: 5
Blue Jays: 52
Pine Siskins: 135
Goldfinches: 15
House Finches: 16
Purple Finches: 1

Predictions:
Low to moderate N/NNW wind, sunny.
