It is up for sale.
It’s an amazing spot with wonderful birding year round but particularly in the winter as the river stays ice free and draws large amounts and varieties of waterfowl plus others.
I’m sorry to see it go. It would be wonderful if a birder or nature enthusiast was to purchase it.
I’m afraid for it otherwise.
