Weather: Consistently strong WNW winds, Temp - 9-10C (48-50F), cloud cover starting at 80% with gradual clearing starting at 1200 hrs with only 5% cloud cover by end of watch, good visibility.
Raptor Observations: A mix of flight heights with some sharpies being very high. Vulture movement noted today with set wings quartering into WNW winds and headed SW. Great kiting day for local red-taileds.
Non-raptor Observations: Very strong Canada Goose movement with 24 skeins noted with largest group being ~ 60 birds. American Crow flock of ~ 90 birds and some tree swallows.
