Weather: Cool cloudy day, steady wind from the northwest 10 to 12 mph gusting to 22 mph. Cloud cover ranging from 40 % to 90 % with the clouds moving by rapidly.
Raptor Observations: Mostly sharp-shinned hawks, 4 Peregrines, 2 Coopers-Hawks, 3 Kestrels, 1 Harrier and 1 Merlin, migrating. 6 Bald Eagles riding on the winds, 4 adults, 2 immatures. At least 5 Red-tails hunting over the woods, and 1 Red-shouldered.
Non-raptor Observations: 2 Ravens, many Turkey Vultures and Black Vultures searching for food.
