Want to let birders know I flushed a White-winged Dove from the quarry at Squaw Rock (aka Nickerson Park) in Squantum, Quincy today. It was only a two second view, but a more bulky dove than Mourning with white arcs in wings and white border on tail. I could not relocate, but don't think it left the park. Still, check Squantum Point park and the pans area if not refound at the park; even though this bird was alone, they tend to join MODO flocks and hang around.
