Weather: A thin layer of cirrus clouds that thickened in the afternoon. Light winds that shifted from northeast to east. A pleasant day to be out.
Raptor Observations: The flight took a bit to get going. Light but steady migration throughout the day. Sharpies were most numerous with 23. Other highlights included 11 Cooper's Hawks, 8 kestrels, and 3 Ospreys. One late-day Northern Harrier.
Non-raptor Observations: 100 Canada Geese, 2 Common Loons, 5 Double-crested Cormorants, Fish Crow, 2 Common Ravens, Pine Siskin, 2 Palm Warblers, 12 Yellow-rumped Warblers, 21 monarchs. https://ebird.org/checklist/S401059708
