Weather: Partly cloudy becoming overcast as high altitude clouds moved in ahead of tomorrows hurricane remnants. Light variable winds throughout the day with weak thermal generation.
Raptor Observations: Nice diversity with an adult peregrine passing directly over the lookout and close looks at a late day merlin.
Non-raptor Observations: red-bellied woodpecker, downy woodpecker, pileated woodpecker, blue jay, tufted titmouse, red-breasted nuthatch, golden-crowned kinglet, ruby-crowned kinglet, cape may warbler, American pipit, purple finch American goldfinch
Predictions: RAIN!
