With Susan Dietrich, Duane Nelson, Norma Verhoeff and Janeal Thompson, I saw the same mixed flock today in Hasty Campground as yesterday: Northern Parula, Black-throated Green Warbler, Philadelphia Vireo and Blue-headed Vireo, all in a matrix of yellow-rumps, Ruby-crowned Kinglets and Red-breasted Nuthatches. Overhead we heard Evening Grosbeak flyovers and glimpsed one flock numbering ~20 birds!
