Visitors: Twenty visitors in two hours including a mixed family group of young kids and several adults - mostly interested in climbing the rocks in front of the platform.
Weather: Moderate north breeze with bright, clear skies to start. Increasing high, wispy clouds as time went on. The winds increased and shifted to the northwest by end of the watch.
Raptor Observations: Very slow day for migrating raptors. Lots of local turkey vultures both overhead and in the distance over the Susquehanna River. A pair of bald eagles provided entertainment at times.
