Subject: [MBBIRDS] Clark's Nutcrackers etc
A few birders and I saw a couple CLARK'S NUTCRACKERS today up at Loma
Prieta.
Sorry, don't know all the last names...
Ann, Tasha, and I went before sunrise, but ended up seeing them later at
around 1015.
They flew overhead, silent, around here:

We also saw Dave L. and Alex later in the morning, and they saw the same
birds overhead just a moment later, since they were further down the road.
We saw 2; they saw 3 apparently.
We also had 2 likely CASSIN'S FINCHES, heard only, near the coffee berry
location, further east. Possible flyovers, or maybe just skulky. Not seen.
A Merlin was doing the rounds overhead near the first Mayman's flat road,
and a Peregrine was cruising overhead just a bit further west, later in the
morning.
Lots of good looks at Sooty Fox Sparrow.
