Observers:
Weather: Started cold and in the 40's but warmed up as the day progressed. Another day with no clouds and Slight E to S winds.
Raptor Observations: Oddly, even the locals did not show today, only TV and BE. Migrants were scarce too.
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions: Another mainly cloudless skies with warmer temperatures, climbing into the mid 70's. Winds will be mostly from the W to NW at 10-15 mph, so there is a better shot at getting migrants than there was today but they will be hard to find in the blue skies.
