Raptor Observations: Turkey Vultures are starting to head out at last. Jim saw one laggard Broad-wing during the eleven o'clock hour (EDT). Not counted as migrants: 2 or 3 Turkey Vultures, immature Bald Eagle, adult Red-tail.
