Weather: Light (1) winds from the east gradually became slightly stronger before shifting to the SE,ESE, and finally NE. Cloud cover went from 75% with cumulus clouds in the eastern skies and cirrus clouds toward the west. Cumulus clouds soon moved in from the east and covered most of the sky through the rest of the watch, Temperature went from 13-15�C
Raptor Observations: Only one probable migrant Non-migrating -- 1 TV, 1 CH, and 5 RT
Non-raptor Observations: 238 Canada Geese, 1 DC Cormorant, and 3 Ravens
Predictions: Winds should be more favorable tomorrow with westerly winds becoming stronger and stronger throughout the day.
