Weather: Winds started out of the east and shifted ESE, sustained around 8mph or more with gusts up to 20mph. Cloudy, overcast skies. A light drizzle turned into a brief rain shower, stopped, and light rain began again in the 1200 hour.
Raptor Observations: A beautiful glance at an adult PEFA @ 0841, which came from the north and glided in front of the lookout and turned more westerly. Notable male NOHA which streamed across in the drizzle. Early SW low flying birds turned into an established SSW flight line.
