Weather: Clouds at top of ridge. Towers were visible for only the first 15 mins then the clouds lowered to below ridge level and we could no longer see into the valleys. Mid 50s, misty. 5mph winds. After 2 hrs with virtually no change we cried uncle.
Raptor Observations: None
Non-raptor Observations: A large flock of at least 1000 Starlings moved through the woods at ridge top, west to east. Raven, Scarlet Tanager heard, chickadee, blue jay, goldfinch. A.crow, downy wp, towhee. Thermometer left at base of tree. I tucked it in behind.
