- Comments: "Small grebes that are black above and white below with relatively short neck and short blackish bill. The clean white cheeks are extensive, wrapping around the back of the neck. The back is black and flanks are silvery gray to dirty white. Eyes are red. Seen with a scope just south of Government Point."

- Comments: "Male and female type heard and seen. Photo and audio. Male was very lightly washed with pink unlike our western purples, we were viewing it from below so did not see more saturated crown. Kyleigh has recording of him."

- Comments: "Spizella with an overall buffy back with black streaking. Solid and unmarked gray nape/ back of neck, and clean white malar that is lined above and below with thin black mustache. Eye line ends at eye and does not meet with the bill (like in Chipping Sparrow). Wing bars are buffy colored (not white like in Chipping). Bill is pinkish blending into blackish at tip. The underside appeared plain dusty white-gray with buffy breast. Seen under the shaded farm roof and on the hillside opposite of the Dangermond Willow Corridor."

SW corner of the lot."

- Comments: "Found this morning by Nick Lethaby in the northwest corner of the center parking lot (north of the eucalyptus grove). Nonbreeding female or immature. Head olive on top, face paler with a dark eye line separating a white eye ring. Throat and breast yellow with diffuse streaks (which extended along the flanks). Belly and undertail coverts white. Tail short and white from below with dark sides. Orange feet."
