I haven't had my feeders up since Spring because the bears won't leave my feeders alone, but decided to take a chance a few days ago and put up one feeder. What a surprise to see a female rose-breasted grosbeak on the feeder this afternoon! The most prominent bird at my feeders is titmice. They empty my tube feeder by mid-day. Reminds me of my hummingbirds last month.
