Shortly after I posted this recent message to sloco a bright Tennessee Warbler dropped in. It was loosely moving with a small flock of Bushtits. Glad I had my camera ready.
Keep an eye on your yards. 😀

Hello Birders,
First of season Fox Sparrow arrived today to poke around and take a quick bath. A FOS Ruby-crowned Kinglet arrived yesterday. Red-breasted Nuthatches continue to be seen daily since September 14. Golden-crowned and White-crowned numbers are increasing daily. While none are rare for the county it is always lovely to greet them on their seasonal return.
