Hope everyone is feeling a hint of fall in the air. We're looking forward to Saturday's outing at Bald Knob NWR. It might be rainy (which would be grand), but if it's a steady downpour with lightening, we will need to cancel. However, if it's a light intermittent rain, we'll go forward with it. All are invited. Dear Arkansas Birders, Join us for a field trip at Bald Knob NWR on Saturday, Oct 3 from 8am to noon to spot lingering migrants and wintering visitors like waterfowl, shorebirds, waders, warblers, and sparrows. All are welcome! WHEN: Sat, Oct 3, 8am-12pm WHERE: BKNWR Admin Bldg, 1439 Coal Chute Rd, Bald Knob DETAILS: https://birdingplaces.eu/en/birdingplaces/united-states/bald-knob-national-wildlife-refuge Remember to bring binoculars, water, snacks, sun protection, and rain gear.
