Weather: Cloudier than expected, temperatures getting into the low 70's wind NW to NNE 4 to 8 mph
Raptor Observations: Considering NW winds, a pedestrian count. Local Red-tails put on shows, two hanging around each other and one chasing Spotted Lantern Flies in an aerial display. I put pictures on an eBird list for the park. You can see it chasing one in one picture and one in it's claws in another. Locals:CH, BV, TV, RT, and RS.
Non-raptor Observations: A Common nighthawk was spotted
Predictions: Fairly decent cloud cover with light variable wind.
