Weather: Mostly cloudy all day, temperature from 56 to 70 degrees. Wind started out from NE, changed to NW, then back to NE.
Raptor Observations: Local TV, BV, Ravens and Red-tailed hawks not counted. One adult and two immature Bald Eagles counted.
Non-raptor Observations: Bear crossed the road south of Tomstown Rd on the way up to hawk watch this morning. A couple of warbler species seen: Cape May, Bay-breasted, Black-throated Green and Blackpoll. Blue Jay are moving.
