The 28th Winter Finch Forecast has just been posted by the Finch Network. Another mix of possible finch species primarily for the northeast is predicted. This includes Purple Finches, Pine Siskins, Red Crossbills, and to a lesser extent, White-winged Crossbills. A small movement of Evening Grosbeaks, possibly as far south to Pennsylvania is mentioned.
