Hello, I found the gull yesterday at the start of the dam right after you pass the first parking lot entering the park. The bird is skittish. When I walked up just to the guard rail to look at the birds with my scope, the lesser black- backed was the only bird that flew off and landed alone way out in the middle of the lake. It came back after 25 minutes to sit on the rocks with the other gulls. After it returned I approached slowly from the tree line to the east and the gulls didn't seem to be afraid of me then.
