Weather: Heavy cloud cover, fog, and rain from the remnants of the nor�easter persisted throughout the count. Temperatures held around 56�57�F and north to northeast winds generally 0�17 mph, with early gusts near 28 mph. Heavy fog moved in around 10 AM, reducing visibility from about 5 miles to near zero by noon, with a brief improvement to roughly 1�2 miles around 12:20 PM.
Raptor Observations: 8 Ravens, Non-Migratory Red Tailed Hawk (11:00-12:00).
Non-raptor Observations: 70+ Blue Jays (9:00-10:00), Downy Woodpecker (9:50).
Predictions: Showers, mainly before 8am. High near 66. North wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
