Melissa and I had an immature Violet-green Swallow at the Yates Tract of the Red-River NWR late this last evening 26 Sept. It was still there with a mixed group of swallows including a couple of Cave Swallows when we left around sunset. They were flying over pool 1 which was being flooded and this is the furthest north pool and near the highway.
