Weather: Strong North wind. Overcast with late morning showers causing an early end to the count.
Raptor Observations: Bald eagle, cooper's hawk and great looks at a male northern harrier crossing the Kempton valley.
Non-raptor Observations: Northern flicker, blue jay, tree swallow, red-breasted nuthatch, cape may, blackpoll warbler.
Predictions: Cloudy, showers throughout the day, and a high of 65 degrees. North winds at 20mph with some gusts up to 40.
