Weather: Cool and windy.The clouds hung around the S and E all day and eventually filled in towards the north. Temperature climbed from 50 to 70 wind NE 13-17 mph.
Raptor Observations: The usual locals: TV, BV, RT, RS, BE, CH and a SS that showed up three times, hunting out front.
Non-raptor Observations:
Predictions: Not a very promising day. Starts at 50% rain climbs to 80% but drops down to 30% around 2 pm.
