Barr was covered in a dense fog this morning, which burned off slowly over
the morning. Sun was out by the time we were closing. Probably as a
result there was limited bird activity. 25 new birds plus 1 recapture from
last year:
Downy Woodpecker 1 return, banded last year
Dusky Flycatcher 1
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 4
Hermit Thrush 2
Orange-crowned Warbler 1
Wilson's Warbler 7
Song Sparrow 1
White-crowned Sparrow, Gambel's 9
Meredith McBurney
Bander, Barr Lake Station
Bird Conservancy of the Rockies
