Found an Osprey at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery pond. (Large pond) at about 9AM.
The bird circled a few times, landed at top of a pine then harassed by crows.
Not unusual to see Green Heron or Kingfisher at this site.
After 40 years, first time to see an Osprey at this location.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
