Weather: Winds out of the Northeast for most of the day, switching to E/SE late in the afternoon. Temps-high 50's to near 60 in the P.M. Clouds were a blessing in sighting many of the birds, relatively high flight paths made it harder to find birds.
Raptor Observations: A good day for the 13 Bald Eagles passing by the watch. Adults-8 Immatures-5.
Non-raptor Observations: Late day Olive sided Flycatcher using the dead snags at watch site east of N viewing site.
Predictions: The birds today seemed to like the northeast wind direction for both sides of the Second Mountain ridge. Tomorrow's winds will comply but maybe not the sunny skies.
