As Norm's post from Mt. Wilson shows, Clark's Nutcrackers are on the move in L. A. County, away from Hugh mountain areas where largely resident. This morning I saw 4 nutcrackers flying over Clear Creek summit, heading east. This is at the intersection of Angeles Crest and Angeles Forest highways. Checking similar summits and ridges might prove fruitful.
