- Comments: "A flock of approximately 12 individuals was seen together, with additional birds observed singly throughout the trip. Birds were seen flying over the water, showing dark upperparts, a contrasting white belly, and long pointed wings. Photographs were taken of several individuals to document and confirm the identification."

Continuing bird found by Nick Lethaby ~150 yds up the road from the first creek crossing. First noted around 5:30pm in a flock of 3-4 Western Warbling Vireos. This bird had rich yellow underparts concentrated most heavily on the breast. This feature was easy to compare with the nearby Warbling Vireos, which all had comparably minimal yellow coloration that was most heavily concentrated on the flanks and undertail coverts. A slate gray/white facial pattern distinguished it from OCWA. Sophie Cameron captured a handful of diagnostic photos."

- Comments: "Found yesterday by Peter Gaede. Small and often cryptic pipit with long neck and slow exploratory foraging style. The front is pale off white with light buffy breast overlaid by diffuse dark streaking, becoming darker on the sides, and plain white throat. Face is overall pale with buffy cheek leading to a ‘big eye’ look. Crown, back and flight feathers are dark brown/ black with contrasting buffy edges giving the back an ornate scaly look. Bill is black above, yellowish below. Legs are pale pink. It was actively foraging, often getting lost in the grass but not very flighty. It did not vocalize during my observation."

- Comments: "Continuing bird, very skulking in the grass. Pipit with long pinkish legs, heavily streaked upperparts, pale face with dark eye, and whitish eyering. Underparts buffy with darker streaks. It didn't pump its tail like an American Pipit."
