Observers:
Weather: Misting off and on. Cold, damp, blustery 59�. Winds moderate with stronger gusts out of the SE at top of ridge. Both towers were visible.
Raptor Observations: 3 BWs. A couple TVs milling about. There may have been some birds going by lower not in view. The few that I saw were barely road height and zipping by fast.
Non-raptor Observations: Nemo said hello
