Observers:
Weather: Rain pretty much all morning, stopped for a little while to get part of a count in, but with periodic drizzle. Then the count ended early as the rain returned. Temperature all day around 60 wind NE 8-12 mph.
Raptor Observations: Did get two, but even the locals were scarce:TV, CH, and RT were the only locals who got up.
Non-raptor Observations: Two Ruby-throated Hummngbird and a northbound Double-crested Cormorant
Predictions: Much nicer than today, but that is not a very high bar. It will probably be cloudy most of the day, but a "0%" chance of rain.
