Thank you to Diana for giving me permission to share information about
the Wings of Hope Bird Photography Contest, which Iām running to benefit my
nonprofit, Knowing Hope.
Knowing Hope helps children in Asia with chronic or catastrophic medical
conditions receive lifesaving care when their families cannot afford it.
The contest is open to both novice and advanced photographers, with
separate categories for each and some wonderful prizes. Entries start at
$15, and every entry helps support medical care for a child in need.
There is so much talent among the birders in this area, and so many
beautiful birds to photograph. I would especially love to see local
photographs represented in the contest! I would also be so grateful for any
help spreading the word.
The deadline for submitting entries is one week from today:* Monday,
