Weather: The start of the morning was sprinkling rain that turned to rain within the half hour of time and continued to near end of 2 hour period. Winds 7-10 mph ENE with visibility limited to Hinton Knob and lessened. Totally fogged in by noon bird time.
Raptor Observations: Total of 449 BW's and 2 SS. During rain BW's continued almost continuously trailing from in north over watch to south-easily seen against light gray sky. Towards end of time BW's out over valley and down in valley popping out of mist and rain.
Non-raptor Observations: Blue jays heard and seen, otherwise nothing else.
