Hi Birders,
Upon scrutiny of my crummy distant photos, I conclude that the king ird was Western, not Tropical. Apparent white outer tail feathers, cream upper chest with yellow belly, bill not heavy enough for TRKI.
But the Clay-colored Sparrows were sweet and it was great to see the return of the White-crowned Sparrows. Welcome back, sparrows!
