Weather:
Morning rain then remaining overcast with low cloud cover and moderate
southwest winds. No count conducted.

Raptor Observations:

Non-raptor Observations:

Predictions:
The switch to rainy, gloomy weather with southerly winds prevented a raptor
flight throughout the region today. However, after today the wind shifts
northerly for the next week. Conditions will largely be cloudy with a few
more rainy days (Tuesday and Wednesday). However, large numbers of
Broad-winged Hawks moved through New England yesterday, so depending on
where the wind blows them we may end up with more broad-wing flights this
week.

TOMORROW: Mostly cloudy. A bit of morning sun. Slight chance of a rain
shower. High 71F. Winds NE at 10-15mph. Decent conditions. Expect moderate
migration. Hard to predict the chances of broad-wings. Conditions seem
unfavorable for kettles, but some may be pushing through on the strong
winds. However, we are still in peak time so sometimes we get surprised.

TUESDAY: A steady rain in the morning then showers. High 62F. Winds NE at
10-20mph. Chance of rain 70%. Count may be shortened. Probably little
migration regardless.

WEDNESDAY: Showers in the morning then cloudy. High around 65F. Winds NE at
10-20mph. The flight will depend on how much it clears up, but likely not
expecting much.
