For people who haven't heard the news yet, there is a Ridgway's Rail at Ballona Lagoon. Now best viewed from the west side of the lagoon at Reef St. The bird is here: 33.970104,-118.457626 Not sure who found it, but Henry Witksen somehow spotted it while he was driving on the road.
