Today I heard my FOS Golden-crowned sparrow at SV Baylands. There was a Red-tailed hawk stalking a black squirrel in the picnic area. A sleepy barn owl watched from high above. Those 2 hawks are showing up every day and all over the park.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
