Weather: Warn with almost 100% overcast most of the day. Some good winds out of the NNW to begin dying off the rest of the day. Not really good conditions for Jacks.
Raptor Observations: Mature BE going the wrong Way. Local Red-tails, TV's & BV's.
Non-raptor Observations: Crows, Ravens including Nemo, Chimney Swifts, 25 Monarchs.
