Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Make American Redstart at Robb Field, continuing Virginia’s, Blackpoll, Tropical
Male redstart seen around 7:30 in a small tree here: 32°45'08.25, 117°14'39.30 just inside the park fence.  Medium sized black bird with bright orange wing bars.  Only seen for a brief minute or two but we heard its alarm call several minutes later in the same area.

bad photos will be put on the eBird checklist but they’re clearly show field marks.

Virginia’s warbler, Blackpoll warbler, and Tropical Kingbird continued in their respective areas.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://sandiegofieldornithologists.org/san-diego-county-avian-records-database/.
