Visitors:
Pam and Mike Holmes

Weather:
Mostly clear blue skies (you know what that means) with temp's starting the
50's and getting into low 80's by days end.

Raptor Observations:
"Broad wings" made their entrance early in the day and kept up a steady
movement all day. No large kettles today! A couple of adult Bald eagles
were counted and a female Northern Harrier made a late day appearance.
Accipiters were present in the later part of the day.

Non-raptor Observations:
Early morning small bird flight was very good with Bruce Carl finding 40+/-
species. Highlights included 10 warblers,Philadelphia Vireo, most of the
local Woodpeckers, Swainson's Thrush and Red Breasted Nuthatch(early bird!)
and the usual locals.

Predictions:
Broadwings due any day now! Get to the mountain this week or be left out of
what we all look forward to every year unless you want to wait another
year???
