Weather: Much better than originally forecast, Lovely temperatures in the mid 70's, wind mostly NE 8 to 12 mph. We expected clear blue sky all day but actually had very nice clouds between 11 and 2.
Raptor Observations: Much lighter than expected, even with a lot of helpful eyes. Local raptors put on show for visitors but not migrants. Locals: RT, RS, CO, TV, BV AND BE.
Non-raptor Observations: a couple of hummingbirds shot by, a lone cormorant and a raven.
Predictions: We got some high Broad-wings after 3, so maybe they will be a vanguard for tomorrows push. The weather looks very similar to today with some mid-day clouds but the winds will be lighter and moving from NE to SSE as the day progresses.
