Weather: Foggy in the valley in the morning and occasional drizzle, clearing around noon. Cloudy to mostly cloudy in the afternoon. W to NNW winds at 5-10 mile an hour winds.
Raptor Observations: 8:30 and 11:32 Sub adult Bald Eagles.
A 3rd sub adult Bald was seen but didn't migrate. 8 Turkey Vultures, a Northern Harrier and a couple Broad-winged Hawks also didn't migrate.
An early Merlin attacked the owl decoy and landed on a snag for a great viewing and photographic opportunity.
