Weather: Fog and mist until 11:00 am , then mostly cloudy until late afternoon, becoming party cloudy. Light winds on top of the mountain opening, appeared stronger below clearing, west winds
Raptor Observations: One immature Redtail seen several times not counted,Peregrine Falcon going wrong direction not counted. Otherwise slow day except 5 eagles between 2 and 3 including one with white head but body and tail colored like immature
