The weather has not been good for the hawk migration so far but things in theory will improve by Monday with the arrival of a cold front later today. Monday's weather forecast predicts strong NW winds so in theory there might be good flight of Broad-winged Hawks on Monday and on Tuesday. Hope to be at the Chestnut Hill Hawk Watch in Litchfield, CT by Noon on Monday. Happy International Hawk Migration Week, Sept 12 to Sept 20, 2026
